3 day OSHA electric course

Took an OSHA electric course that the company paid for. Learned that the neutral wire is for the electricity to flow back from the load and that the ground (green) wire is more of a redundancy. Also learned electricity flows in all directions just travels farther on paths of least resistance.

Operation of automated oil sprayer

 New automated oil sprayer. Video is a quick snapshot of the machine in operation . Sprayer uses encoders to determine when to start and stop spray nozzles via time. Previous model that was in use didn't have an incorporated conveyor that was long enough to eject pans/trays onto the next conveyor that led to the depositing area.

Created a SOP for CIPing a pneumatic pump used for pumping eggs from the egg cooler to the mixing station.

Decarbonator Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Created a SOP for Decarbonator. The Decarbonator uses enzymes to break down organic materials. In this case we soak brownie and muffin trays in the unit to remove built up oils and batter. Soak time will vary with the amount of build up on each batch of trays.
